Annika Borvansky, MA, CHCP
President
Annika is an accomplished professional in the CME/CE space, with 20 years’ experience spanning compliance strategy, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise includes management of accredited CME/CE programs across diverse provider types.

Skilled at transforming strategic visions into operational reality, Annika’s track record of achievements includes guiding organizations from probationary status to full accreditation (including Accreditation with Commendation), facilitating stakeholder collaborations and designing infrastructure for new CME/CE programs. Additionally, she has implemented compliance strategies and training programs to ensure seamless and consistent adherence to accreditation board regulations.
A dedicated contributor to the field, Annika is a member of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (Alliance). She has served as a trainer for its former Leadership Institute and has presented at numerous annual meetings and at the Alliance Industry Summit. She is also a member of the Colorado Alliance for CME.
Prior to starting Twelve:01, Annika was a founding member of AOE Consulting, where her leadership played a pivotal role in the company’s growth during its first 15 years. Her compliance expertise is complemented by prior roles at Medical Education Collaborative and the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine.
Annika holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Communication Studies with a focus on Health Communication from Colorado State University, combining academic excellence with practical experience to drive educational advancement in the health professions.

Carlye is committed to driving innovation, enhancing compliance, and leveraging data to elevate CME/CE programs. As a leader of Twelve:01, she brings nearly a decade of experience in accredited CME/CE, specializing in operations, adult learning, and instructional design.

With extensive knowledge of accreditation board regulations, Carlye has partnered with numerous accredited CME/CE organizations to assess compliance, develop effective policies and procedures, and oversee critical accreditation milestones. Her expertise is grounded in solving complex challenges, optimizing operational efficiency, and harnessing data to deliver strategic and measurable results.
Prior to her leadership at Twelve:01, Carlye led operations at AOE Consulting where she was significantly involved with association and executive management and event planning. Before entering the CME/CE field, Carlye was a secondary and post-secondary science instructor.
Carlye is an active member of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (Alliance) and the Colorado Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (CACME). Carlye has shared her insights and expertise at numerous professional events for the Alliance and CACME; she has also presented at the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education’s “Learn to Thrive” conference.
Carlye holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry and an emphasis in Secondary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Her passion for education and her strategic approach make her a trusted partner for organizations seeking to innovate and improve healthcare education.

Representing a diverse range of expertise in patient safety, artificial intelligence (AI), and adult learning, the council serves as an advisory body, offering strategic insights to advance our team’s expertise, so that in turn, we’re better equipped to guide CME/CE program innovation and to help accredited organizations elevate the impact of accredited CME/CE initiatives on healthcare outcomes.
